RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

EXCHANGES

If you require an exchange please contact us with your full name and address and the ring size you would like to exchange it to. We will then send you our return address. All exchanges must be within 7 days of receiving your item. All returned items must be unused and its original packaging. We do not exchange handcrafted (custom made) items. Once you have receive your item, you will be sent an invoice to pay the P&P cost (£3.99) for the replacement item. We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. 

REFUNDS 

If you require a refund please contact us with your full name and address and reason for return. You must return your item in an unopened & brand new condition within 7 days of receipt. Once we have received your item we will process the amount on a gift card that can only be used in our store. You will receive the full amount on the card  minus the p&p charges which is (£3.99). 

We do not take responsibility for any items returned to us that end up lost or damaged in the post. 

 We do not return/exchange items that are on sale or purchased with a discount code.
